Sosua Bay Mini Casino.
This boutique gaming facility was established in late 2007 within the Sosua Bay Resort to offer recreation to the vacationers within the 250 room oceanfront complex. The mini casino provides Blackjack, Caribbean Stud Poker, Roulette, Texas Hold-em Poker, an automated Roulette machine, and slots.

Sosua Bay Grand Casino. Coming August 2008. As you enter the casino, you will immediately encounter a large wooden pirate ship and walk over the mote to enter the casino. Dark woods throughout will enhance the pirate theme in all the decorations. The plans call for approximately 71 slot machines; with the majority being in the machine zone located in the front of the casino. The others are to be located in the entertainment/sitting area and planned sports book. The sports area is designed for 9 tables with seating for approximately 60 people. The Sosua Bay Grand Casino includes plans for 6 gaming tables for a combination of poker and blackjack and 2 roulette tables, a Super Keno room, a Texas-Hold-em room, and another separate high-roller blackjack room. The two (2) planned bars within the casino, a kitchen for light food items, executive offices, security room, storage, cage, and secure safe room round out the Casino’s offerings.

The Sosua Bay Grand Casino has a secured parking garage planned for underneath the casino. Other attractions located within the building are a 3,000 square foot nightclub featuring 3 levels, and a 12,000 square foot convention center which CGAC plans to use to attract local and worldwide entertainment to bring traffic into the casino. The Casino building has three (3) floors, with the bottom floor housing the gaming operations, the middle floor housing the convention center and the top floor plans including a high end spa, fitness center, and squash courts.

To attract more visitors, Piere’s nightclub in Fort Wayne, Indiana, has expressed an interest in simulcasting its LIVE concerts from their million dollar stage into the casino and convention center. Piere’s is owned by one of CGAC’s principal officers and is known as “The Midwest’s Largest Nightclub”. Having been ranked number 4 in the world for over 21 concert ticket sales, the nightclub includes a mega-sized dance floor surrounding the main stage where over 1000 National Recording Artists have performed, including the likes of Godsmack, Creed, REO Speedwagon and Willie Nelson. Piere’s has over 65 national concerts per year and entertains over 6,000 people per week.

Santiago, Dominican Republic. CGAC has been presented a fantastic opportunity in one of the largest cities in the Dominican Republic. There are current negotiations on another location in a brand new 5 star hotel that is yet to open in Santiago, Dominican Republic. This resort has 440 rooms, a 30,000 square foot convention center, an international spa and the casino would be located in a brand new free standing building within the resort with the look of a Vegas-style facility. The casino building is completed and CGAC is in negotiations to bring another casino license in to operate that facility and build out the interior. This is primed to become one of the most magnificent attractions in the Dominican Republic.

Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. Santo Domingo is the country’s capital city with over 2.5 million residents. CGAC has been approached with an interest in utilizing CGAC’s existing Texas Hold-em license to open a 5 table poker room to attract the ever growing card playing individuals in the area. This will allow CGAC to further explore that area and entertain further opportunities for expansion in this beautiful city and 7th largest city in North America.
